Fantasy Lockr is responsible for the handling of personal data described in this policy.

We may collect and process the following categories of data:

• account details such as email, username, display name, and fantasy team name
• social sign-in identity information when you choose Google or Facebook
• profile details such as country code, supported club or nation, and avatar image
• competition data such as picks, league entries, rankings, and results
• private room data such as room names, join codes, membership and participation
• notification preferences and communication settings
• device and app information used for Android notifications, including app version, device model/label, push token and Firebase installation identifiers where the native app is used
• browser/server log, security, reliability and consented analytics information

• to create and manage accounts
• to run competitions, leagues, scoring, and rankings
• to save and display picks, results, and profile information
• to operate private rooms, room forums, account features and community tools
• to send reminders, alerts, and service communications
• to detect cheating, fraud, abuse, and rule breaches
• to improve performance, reliability, and user experience
• to comply with legal and operational obligations

We process data where necessary:

• to provide the service requested by the user
• to comply with legal obligations
• for legitimate interests in running, improving, and protecting Fantasy Lockr
• with consent where consent is the appropriate basis, including certain communications

We may share relevant data with service providers that help us operate Fantasy Lockr, including:

• hosting and infrastructure providers
• authentication, storage, and database providers
• Supabase for authentication, database and storage services
• Vercel for hosting and consented web/app analytics
• Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android push notifications
• Resend and related delivery infrastructure for service email
• Google services when you choose Google sign-in or optional Google Play Games features such as achievements
• other support or operational service providers where needed to run the service
• legal or regulatory authorities where required

Fantasy Lockr does not sell personal data to advertisers.

Some information may be visible to other users depending on the product feature and your activity, including display name, fantasy team name, league positions, private room participation, profile image, messages you post in app areas where messaging is enabled, and league/table activity.

If you use friend messages, room forums, polls or other community tools, we process the content you submit, the account that submitted it, the room or conversation it belongs to, and related timestamps. This is used to deliver the feature, keep the service safe, support moderation, and resolve support requests.

Fantasy Lockr may use server logs, security/reliability information and optional analytics to understand page usage, app journeys and service reliability. Optional user-journey analytics only run when the relevant consent has been granted. Core first-party participation facts, such as successful sign-ins, authenticated app sessions, onboarding completion, Room invite/share actions and Room joins, may be recorded so we can operate the service and understand whether real managers are returning. These product facts are not advertising tracking and do not depend on optional analytics consent. Admin-only activity is not treated as player engagement.

The Android app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging for optional push notifications. Firebase Cloud Messaging uses Firebase Installations, which creates a per-installation identifier, and Fantasy Lockr stores the resulting push token when push is enabled so notifications can be delivered to that app installation. The current Android build does not include an in-app advertising SDK, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics or Firebase Performance Monitoring. Optional Google Play Games features process gaming identity and achievement state when you choose to use them.

Fantasy Lockr is currently a free fantasy football game. We do not currently take payments, run paid memberships, offer betting, or provide cash prizes. If optional paid features, merchandise rewards or additional sports modes are introduced later, this policy and the visible app wording should be updated before launch.

We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, competition administration, fraud prevention, moderation, dispute handling, legal compliance, and business records. Retention periods may differ depending on the category of data and the reason it was collected.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• access your data
• correct inaccurate information
• request deletion
• restrict certain processing
• object to certain processing
• receive a copy of your data
• withdraw consent where processing relies on consent

Users can request deletion of their Fantasy Lockr account and associated personal data through the in-app deletion process or by contacting support. Some limited records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or financial record-keeping.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to help protect data against unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, loss, or alteration. No service can guarantee absolute security, but protecting user data is a core operational priority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and, where appropriate, provide notice through the service.
